5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide to most locations, using third-party logistics and postal services. Shipping fees and delivery times are calculated based on the destination, shipping method, and item availability.
Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and are intended as guidelines only. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number when applicable. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or incomplete/incorrect shipping information. If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we consider it fulfilled. Lost or stolen packages must be resolved between the customer and the shipping provider.
Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes incurred upon arrival in your country are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot mark orders as gifts or falsify customs information.

6. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on most physical products within a defined return window, 14 days from the date of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, please contact us via the Returns form on our dedicated policy page.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect due to our error. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on payment providers and bank clearing policies.
Please note that digital products, downloads, gift cards, and final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Exchanges are processed as separate transactions: you may return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
