Returns Policy

Hi. You are obviously here because you want to understand the returns and refunds policy. As a small business, I design, source and deliver to you each item on an on demand basis.

Hence, given the nature of my merchandise and my small scale, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges or offer refunds if you have ordered the wrong size, colour or simply changed your mind.

However, I understand that there are exceptions, for example the product is damaged or there is a manufacturing error. In case that, I am happy to offer a replacement or a refund if you contact me within 14 days of product delivery.
